In 2016, Julio and Justo Eiroa began experimenting with growing Sumatra-seed tobacco in Honduras. Now, JRE Tobacco Co. is nearly ready to start selling a cigar with a Sumatra-seed wrapper from Honduras.

The Aladino Sumatra uses the aforementioned wrapper over an internal blend that is described as “tobacco varieties of undisclosed origin from (the) JRE Tobacco Farm” in Honduras.
